By downloading, installing or using KitClub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

KitClub is a football shirt collector platform that provides:

• An AI-powered scanner to identify and value football shirts
• A community for collectors to showcase their collections
• A discovery feed connecting collectors with verified reseller shops
• Subscription plans for enhanced features

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KitClub
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact kitclubinfo@gmail.com.

5. User Content

By posting content on KitClub you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading or deceptive
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment or threats
• Promotes illegal activity
• Is sexually explicit or violent

6. Verified Reseller Programme

Verified Resellers must:

• Provide accurate shop information
• List only authentic football shirts
• Respond to buyer enquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of goods

KitClub is a discovery and connection platform. We are not a party to any transaction between collectors and resellers. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity or delivery of any items.

7. Scanner and Pricing

The KitClub AI scanner provides estimated valuations for informational purposes only. These valuations are not guarantees of market value. Actual prices may vary based on condition, authenticity, demand and other factors.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Manipulate or artificially inflate any metrics

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland. The processing of personal data is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
