1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using KitClub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

KitClub is a football shirt scanning, valuation and collector platform that provides:

• An AI-powered scanner that identifies football shirts from photos and estimates their collector value
• A personal vault/collection to track your shirts and their estimated values
• A community feed, duels, comments and a legit-check feature where collectors help authenticate shirts
• A discovery directory connecting collectors with verified reseller shops
• Optional Pro and Verified Reseller subscription plans for enhanced features

3. Valuations Are Estimates, Not Advice

The values and rarity shown by KitClub are estimates produced by AI for informational purposes only. They are not a professional appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of any resale or insurance value. Actual sale prices vary based on condition, authenticity, size, player, demand, provenance and other factors. You should not rely on KitClub valuations when buying, selling or insuring a shirt. KitClub is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on an estimated value.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KitClub
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and confirm you have the rights to upload them
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, farm rewards or manipulate leaderboards
• You may not abuse, harass or mislead other users, or use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Subscriptions and Billing

KitClub offers optional Pro and Verified Reseller subscriptions. The plans available and their current prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed by and managed through the platform you purchased them from:

• On iOS, subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store; on Android, by Google Play; on web, by Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple/Google account subscription settings (or via the web billing flow). Cancelling stops renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's refund policy; contact kitclubinfo@gmail.com with questions.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting them on KitClub you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use your content within the Service (including for AI identification and valuation). You agree not to post content that is false, infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech or harassment, promotes illegal activity, or is otherwise abusive.

7. Verified Resellers

Verified Resellers must provide accurate shop information, list only authentic shirts, and comply with applicable laws. KitClub is a discovery and connection platform only and is not a party to any transaction between collectors and resellers. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity or delivery of items sold through listings.

8. Intellectual Property

The KitClub name, logo, app design and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Shirt images and club crests shown in the app may be owned by their respective clubs, manufacturers or users. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute KitClub's content without permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scraping, crawling or harvesting data from the Service
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Manipulating scans, votes, duels or any metrics

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON ESTIMATED VALUATIONS.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
